The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us due to the involvement of multiple entities, including the factory as well as our warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. It's possible that your order may become unfulfilled after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you bought the item and we're unable to offer you a complete refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in the original packaging. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
